He pleaded not guilty in court today, via video link. 

It is being reported that when he fled Canada, he was crying on the flight to France. 

When he disembarked the plane from Germany and was transferred into a car, he did not appear AT ALL to like the attention. I do not think I saw him once turn his face towards cameras, and he did not look happy. Some killers that have liked the attention in the past, like David Berkowitz, were smiling when arrested and having their photos taken in the back of police cars, etc. 

There is expected to be a psych assessment requested. 

My opinion - this guy is terrified.

He has pleaded not guilty, so I am pretty sure he will NOT be telling the police where the head of Jun Lin is. There are two reasons for this 1) if he tells them, it’s basically an admission of guilt. 2) pure control. 

I’m going with the first option. 

I’m also betting at this point that although this was all based on a fantasy he had, he is not a psychopath.
